In a land torn asunder by the feuds of their ruler and his daughter, none thought they could survive 'The Purge'. A blending of magical energies and the blood of both the father and the child, The Purge has torn open the earth beneath the peoples' very feet. From within this abyss come the Nikarath, demons unrivalled in their maliciousness, yet cunning and intelligent. Assuming human forms, they have infiltrated the culture of Bilymas, assuming roles as normal people, waiting for the time when there are enough Nikarath for their demon lord to rise from the abyss and they shall lead their assault upon King Servius of Bilymas in service of his daughter, Princess Catheryn, a girl promising them wealth, power and all the poorest inhabitants of Bilymas as slaves for their workshops. Unaware of the more sinister aspect of this arrangement, or of the Nikaraths’ true persona, the people of Bilymas have thrown their love behind the girl and the weight of their swords and magic, hands and minds.
Now, the time has almost come. Dark winds blow storm-clouds from the mountains to the North, birds flee the air for their roosts, and tremors shake the already unsteady soil. Into this emerging chaos come the Outcasts. Reviled for their allegiance to their king, warriors and monks, magic-users and wielders of naught more than their own hands and feet are coming together, united by their hatred of the Nikarath and their sense of duty to their ruler. Combining their powers, these few souls shall strive throughout Bilymas to destroy the Nikarath. Be sure, a war is coming. The only question left is:

Are you with them, or against them?

2006-01-13 [Erekosen]: Yep, just the sea and road markers that really need any work now, I finished the city markers before I left for college. What's the verdict on the fog of war, stylised/following the lay of the land/plain?

2006-01-13 [NamelessMerc]: Sounds fine to me, I'm wondering what I should do for the in-depth history pages though... Do you want to section it off into land history, people history and organisation history?

2006-01-13 [Erekosen]: Well, individual race histories are a must (seeing as we're already working on them), then perhaps political factions/guilds histories...

2006-01-13 [Erekosen]: Yeah, sure dude. Really coming together now, ain't it? I'm guessing the map will be done by sunday. The "fog of war" layer should be done by monday afternoon.

2006-01-13 [NamelessMerc]: Aye skipper. The race descriptions will be up on Monday as well, I got to get them from my college account, as with the rest of the trades. Then all we're messing with is the history, rules and skills. And your page banners, of course.

The writing at the banner at the top... stretches my page far to the right - I don't get text wrappage when people use pre tags... is this just me?
